Junior Specialist in Processes and Systems FICO 80-100%

Your Responsibilities:
In this newly created position, you will work as a Junior Specialist in Processes and Systems in the Finance and Controlling department, maintaining good relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and contributing to future-proof solutions. Here’s a quick overview of your tasks:
Independent operational project management of smaller digitization and optimization projects (CTB)
Possibly co-leading larger projects together with the team leader
Business Requirements Engineering for new projects
Implementation of new requirements in the BI solution Board as a PowerUser/Developer
Communication with universities, specialist departments, and Corporate IT
Planning and conducting tests for the implemented solutions
Documentation of projects and processes
Support in Run the Business (RTB)
First point of contact for coordination between the FICO department and Corporate IT
Your Profile:
In addition to a degree in Business Administration with further training or experience in the IT sector, or a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science with further training or experience in the finance sector, you bring the following:
Experience with processes related to finance and controlling. Knowledge in the areas of digital payment transactions, electronic workflows, structures, and permissions is an advantage
Experience with SAP R/3 or possibly already with S4 Hana (advantageous)
Experience with a LowCode solution in the BI area (Board, PowerBI, QlickView, etc.) (advantageous)
Initial experience with databases (preferably MS SQL), as well as basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Shell) (advantageous)
Motivation to delve into complex processes and optimize them
Structured and independent working style combined with good communication skills
Openness, flexibility, and interest in implementing projects together in a team
