To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive personality as of now or by arrangement for the position of
Finance & HR Officer (m/f | 50%)
Your Tasks
Processing monthly payroll in collaboration with the HR department
Creating evaluations, reports, and statistics for the HR & Finance department
Assisting and substituting in the finance area, particularly accounts payable
Collaboration with internal departments and external partners (insurances, etc.)
Participation in projects of the finance and HR department
Your Profile
You have completed a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
You bring professional experience in payroll processing and in finance and accounting, ideally in a Swiss SME
You enjoy working with numbers and digital processes and see yourself as a responsible personality with a pronounced can-do mentality
You communicate appropriately and fluently in German and English
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Proficient in SAP/S 4HANA, SwissSalary knowledge is an advantage
