The Arkadis Foundation is a service center for adults with disabilities, primarily with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders, who live privately or in our institution. Furthermore, we are a specialized center for children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental impairments or risks, as well as with special health or social support needs, including their social environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the smooth process chain in application management (excluding interview management)

• Participation in the entire process of personnel development

• Involvement in health and case management

• Contribution to HR quality management

• Responsibility for planning and organizing all events in the HR area

• Drafting of employment references and conducting exit interviews

• Participation in various operational HR processes

• Key User of the application management tool Ostendis

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further education as an HR assistant

• Experience in the HR field, ideally in the role of HR assistance

• Strong interest in a position that requires a high degree of independence and welcomes initiative

• Strength in planning and organizing as well as efficient coordination of tasks

• Good knowledge of HR tools and high IT affinity, as well as openness to new HR methods
