What you can achieve with us
After an intensive, paid retraining (3 – 4 months) to become a train driver Category B with us, you will safely and reliably operate our trains through the unique landscape between Lucerne, Interlaken, and Engelberg.
Your professional demeanor and attention ensure a positive travel experience and you are an important part of our company's business card.
Together with colleagues from scheduling, train staff, and technology, you ensure that our passengers arrive at their destination on time, comfortably, and safely.
Your role is more than routine: you are called upon daily to take responsibility, make decisions, and contribute your ideas so that we can improve as a team.
This travel luggage you bring along
Psychological fitness of Category B according to BAV (or willingness to undergo the fitness examination Category B).
Medical fitness of requirement level 1 according to BAV.
At least 2 years of professional experience as a train driver.
Solid knowledge of train service regulations.
Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
Strong safety and responsibility awareness.
Problem-solving and customer-oriented thinking and acting.
Willingness to help and friendliness.
