What you can achieve with us

• After an intensive, paid retraining (3 – 4 months) to become a train driver Category B with us, you will safely and reliably operate our trains through the unique landscape between Lucerne, Interlaken, and Engelberg.

• Your professional demeanor and attention ensure a positive travel experience and you are an important part of our company's business card.

• Together with colleagues from scheduling, train staff, and technology, you ensure that our passengers arrive at their destination on time, comfortably, and safely.

• Your role is more than routine: you are called upon daily to take responsibility, make decisions, and contribute your ideas so that we can improve as a team.

This travel luggage you bring along

• Psychological fitness of Category B according to BAV (or willingness to undergo the fitness examination Category B).

• Medical fitness of requirement level 1 according to BAV.

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a train driver.

• Solid knowledge of train service regulations.

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form.

• Strong safety and responsibility awareness.

• Problem-solving and customer-oriented thinking and acting.

• Willingness to help and friendliness.
