What you can achieve with us
Responsible for buildings and public facilities throughout their entire lifecycle
Responsible for the financial, strategic, and technological management and further development of stations, buildings, and station areas
Initiating and implementing real estate development projects on our open spaces
Developing new usage concepts for our listed station buildings and commissioning building renovation projects
Creating and updating guideline documents such as asset category strategies, maintenance guidelines, etc.
This is what you bring along
University degree in construction (architect, civil engineer, etc.) or real estate (real estate management, facility management, etc.)
Business management training or experience in asset or real estate management is an advantage
Conceptual, interconnected, and strategic thinking ability
Assertive, committed, and independent working style
Correspondence skills in German (written and spoken)
