What you can achieve with us
Processing of training requests, including issuing and controlling training agreements
Planning, organizing, and conducting internal training, seminars, and events
Developing and implementing a sustainable knowledge management concept
Supporting and further developing the e-learning platform as a superuser
Contact person for login
Participation in internal working groups, at trade fairs or exhibitions
Supporting teams in change and transformation processes
Identifying skill gaps and deriving appropriate development or recruitment measures
Monitoring trends in personnel and organizational development
This is what you bring along
Training as an HR specialist or degree in business psychology, business administration, human resource management or related discipline, SVEB advantageous
Further training and experience in personnel or organizational development or change management
Knowledge in project management
High IT affinity, i.e., confident handling of MS Office and learning platforms
Strong conceptual ability and proficient communication and moderation skills
Solution-oriented, proactive, and networked working style
Experience in planning and conducting events
Very good German language skills, additional languages advantageous
