Your main responsibilities are:

You will work both strategically and operationally on the further development of commercial processes.
A team of over 50 employees is looking forward to your expertise, inspiration, and your ability to shape a successful team from people.
You will manage the sales of several thousand new and used cars.
You will pay special attention to continuously exceeding the expectations of your demanding customers.
Thanks to your extensive experience and excellent entrepreneurial skills, you will creatively develop new customer segments.
With your energy and motivational power, you will encourage your employees to achieve new heights of performance.

You have several years of sales and leadership experience in a comparable position.
You have a higher business education.
You are ideally well-networked in the mobility market.
You know that success is made by people in the team.
Your German and English are business fluent.

Your affinity for marketing tools and your understanding as a strong driver for actions, concepts, and ideas for lead generation campaigns complete your profile.
