We are looking for someone with a clear mind who enjoys precise work and likes to move between two task worlds: sales administration and accounting. The position reports directly to management, and you will work closely with the responsible head of sales administration. Depending on the season, project, or workload, the focus shifts – variety is guaranteed, but always within these two areas.

What you will do – depending on focus and need:

In sales administration, you will work closely with the responsible management and assist in the following areas:

• Support our customers in the area of picture rails & canvas frames (DACH) from the first contact to the final invoice

• Work in the ERP system (quotes, orders, invoices, master data maintenance, etc.)

• Organization of domestic and international shipments

• Support in inventory management & internal production orders

• Contribute to catalogs, price lists, marketing campaigns, and market analyses

• Act as a deputy in the complaints department

In accounting, you will work closely with management and assist in the following areas:

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Debt collection and enforcement, credit checks

• Manage financial accounts in the general ledger

• Assist with year-end closing and VAT returns

What you bring:

• Essential: French language skills, with which you can communicate easily in writing & orally

• Advantageous: Experience in one or more of the mentioned areas – especially in accounting (accounts payable/receivable)

• You enjoy working independently and solution-oriented, but always think in a team

• You have a good sense of customer needs – and are comfortable with numbers as well as in conversation
