The Krieger Group consists of three companies specializing in stable facilities, metal constructions, and sheet metal processing, as well as wheel technology for agricultural vehicles. With its main location in Ruswil LU and two branches in Eastern and Western Switzerland, the owner-managed Krieger Group is successfully operating with 160 employees.

Your challenge:

In this position, you will take overall responsibility for the HR area and support the company in both operational and strategic matters. You will lead the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring and serve as a sparring partner for managers on all personnel issues. You will advise and support the development of the organization, actively shape a modern HR and corporate culture, and promote the further development of employees. Additionally, you will contribute to making workflows more efficient and adapting structures to future requirements. You will also participate in management meetings with an advisory voice. You will actively engage in day-to-day operations and ensure the continued development of the established employer brand "Krieger" through your commitment.

Our expectations:

You have a commercial basic education with a solid further training in HRM or a completed degree in business administration, HRM, or psychology. Several years of experience in an HR role, ideally with strategic and operational components, complete your profile. Knowledge in the areas of personnel development, leadership, and change management is an advantage. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and consulting competence make you a valuable contact person, while your analytical thinking combined with creativity and a willingness to shape enables proactive development of HR work.
