• You take on the organization and management of demanding tunnel construction sites and actively shape the construction process.

• Excavation or interior construction? With us, you will find the place that suits your strengths – concrete professionals are also welcome.

• With foresight, you coordinate personnel, machines, materials, and transport – everything runs at the right time and in the right place. You always keep safety, quality, and deadlines in mind.

• You work with modern tools – from surveying to digital reports to smart work planning.

• Thanks to thoughtful planning and a Plan B for every surprise, you have the construction process under control at all times.

Your Foundation

• You can draw on a wealth of experience – whether as a forewoman or site supervisor. Whether your background is in underground, civil, structural, or foundation construction is secondary for us.

• You have completed training as a forewoman or want to tackle it now and develop further? We are happy to support you.

• You think along, get involved, and stay cool even when things get hectic underground.

• A passion for construction, team spirit, and an open ear for your contacts are part of your basic equipment.

• You speak and write German fluently, and additional languages like Italian, French, or others are a plus – and if you are proficient in BauBit and the Microsoft Office suite, even better!
