For our client, a leading Swiss real estate company with an international presence, we are looking for a Head of Real Estate Investment and Capital Market Business (Member of the Management Team / BG 80 - 100%)
Tasks and Responsibilities
Strategic and operational leadership of the real estate investment and capital market business (transactions, valuations, consulting).
Further development and positioning in the Swiss investment market.
Maintaining network and brand.
Acquisition of new mandates.
Management of buying and selling processes of investment properties (B2B).
Leading valuation and consulting mandates.
Leadership and development of a team (3–4 employees).
Member of the management team.
Maintaining contacts with international subsidiaries.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
Education: Degree in law, architecture, engineering, business administration, or commercial real estate training; further education (MAS Real Estate, MBA, RICS, etc.).
Expertise: Solid expertise in sales, valuation, consulting, and transactions.
Work experience: Approximately 10 years in the real estate industry, ideally 5+ years in transactions, valuation/consulting, or asset/portfolio management; initial leadership experience.
Language skills: Very good German and English skills (spoken and written).
