Purchasing Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Placement of orders with suppliers

• Recording of order confirmations

• Monitoring delivery dates

• Checking and coding invoices

• Maintenance of item master data

• Organization of the calibration of our measuring instruments

• General administrative tasks as well as support for project buyers and the Head of Procurement

Your Profile

• Completed training as a commercial employee EFZ with about 5 years of professional experience

• Experience in purchasing or a similar function, ideally in the technical field

• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

• You enjoy supplier contact and administrative tasks

• You work in a structured, efficient, and cost-conscious manner

• You have a flair for numbers

• You are team-oriented, independent, communicative, and flexible
