Construction Manager High-rise

Your tasks:

You will independently organize construction sites for new builds, renovations, and customer service. You will lead the construction site employees and take responsibility for planning, work preparation, adherence to deadlines, quality, billing, and cost monitoring. Preparing/calculating offers and additional claims.

Your profile:

You have a qualification as a certified construction manager or equivalent. As a leader in high-rise construction, you possess negotiation skills and are accustomed to working independently as a construction manager. You are characterized by flexibility and willingness to engage, and you have good IT user skills (Sorba is an advantage).
