The Zug Cantonal Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and education, work in various fields. Each year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and over 70,000 outpatients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Surgery Department, we are looking for a Surgical Technology Specialist HF starting from November 1, 2025, or by agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Instrumenting and assisting in surgeries across all specialties

• Ensuring professional and individualized care in the operating room

• Co-responsibility for the supervision of trainees according to the training contract

• Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary medical and surgical team

Your Profile

• Qualification as a Surgical Technology Specialist HF

• Resilient personality who acts thoughtfully and confidently even in challenging situations

• High understanding and motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration
