Claims Processor for Outpatient Services 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Diverse range of tasks: Comprehensive review and processing of outpatient invoices (doctor, pharmacy, hospital, etc.) as well as medical certificates and benefit applications
Customer support: Ensuring timely processing of inquiries from customers, service providers/billers within the scope of the area of responsibility, combined with excellent customer advice over the phone and occasionally at the counter
Communication as the key to quality: Professionally related correspondence with insured individuals, service providers, and authorities for quality assurance and process optimization
Your profile
Education: Completed commercial or medical vocational training (Pharmacy Assistant, Medical Practice Assistant)
Expertise: Knowledge in the field of health and private insurance is an advantage
Personality: Reliable, quality- and team-oriented work style, friendly and customer-oriented behavior
Language skills: Fluent German and good oral knowledge of English, French, or Italian is an advantage
Social and methodological competence: A confident, well-groomed appearance as well as good organizational and communication skills
