Speech Therapist in Early Childhood 60 - 80 %
The Arkadis Foundation is a specialized center for children and adolescents with special health or social support needs. Speech therapy in early childhood is one of the various forms of therapy we offer in the field of therapy and counseling. It is aimed at children with specific support needs due to delays or disorders in language development from birth until kindergarten entry.
Responsibilities
Conducting therapies in individual or group settings at our locations in Olten and Breitenbach
Consulting parents and other important caregivers
Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional fields in group settings
Therapy planning, documentation, and performance recording
Conducting assessments and controls along with corresponding reporting
Requirements
Diploma in Speech Therapy (recognized by EDK)
Experience in speech therapy work, ideally in early childhood
Interest in supported communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
Knowledge in complex disorder patterns
Additional competencies: flexible, independent, and self-organized personality / driving license
