Your Challenge
You are the first point of contact for those interested in renovations and refurbishments
You recognize customer needs, develop creative ideas, and suitable concepts
You create feasibility studies, rough cost estimates, and individual offers
You accompany your projects from the first contact to the contract signing
You work closely with our internal planning and execution team
You maintain contacts with owners, administrations, and partner companies
You actively contribute to the further development of our consulting process
Your Competence
Basic training in construction and knowledge of relevant construction laws
Further training or practical experience in consulting, sales, or construction management
Expertise in renovations and refurbishments in high-quality construction
Ability to develop solutions for specific situations and requirements
Independent, structured working style and networked thinking
Driver's license category B
