Your opportunity
As the Head of IT and Processes, you will play a central role in the digital development of the BEREUTER Group. You will be responsible for managing all IT activities and optimizing our business processes. You will work closely with management and make a significant contribution to achieving our strategic goals.
Your tasks
Development and implementation of a group-wide IT and digitalization strategy to promote corporate goals and future trends
Leading, monitoring, and coordinating demanding IT and digitalization projects
Ensuring the reliable operation of our networks, servers, hardware, and software, including documentation with the relevant external parties
Implementation and monitoring of security measures as well as compliance with legal requirements
Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure process-oriented IT solutions and create documentation
Leading and developing the IT team, including training employees
Analysis, standardization, and digitalization of business processes to increase efficiency in collaboration with the CFO, management, and departments
Optimization and further development of processes, structures, and tools in the M365 environment
Your profile
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
Several years of experience in a leading IT role, ideally in an SME environment, and knowledge of construction solutions
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and process management, as well as being a contact person for networks and IT security
Proven project experience in the introduction, optimization, and further development of processes, structures, and tools in the M365 environment
Experience in project planning and cost controlling
Solid knowledge in BI/MIS/Excel programming with AI affinity
Trustworthy, discreet, and solution-oriented
Strong social skills and communication skills
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
High resilience and willingness for continuous further education
