To strengthen the foreman teams of our various group companies at the locations Kleinandelfingen, Winterthur, Zurich, Rafz, Frauenfeld, and Schaffhausen, we are looking for foremen with pride in their profession for the areas of structural engineering, civil engineering & demolition, renovation & remodeling, and engineering concrete construction.

Your Job

You realize challenging structures with your construction team, characterized by technical, scheduling, and/or organizational challenges that require leadership and character.

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as a mason or carpenter

The foundation of your training is an apprenticeship as a mason or carpenter, which has instilled in you not only the professional basics but also respect for the craft and a healthy pride in your profession.

• Further training as a foreman

In your learned trade, you possess solid expertise and bring practical work experience. You have completed your further training as a foreman or are on your way to doing so.

• Qualitative work approach and proactive planning

You manage your construction sites through calm, proactive planning and in close collaboration with the construction manager. Achieving the set qualitative, scheduling, and financial goals is important to you. Equally important is the way you and your team achieve these objectives. Safety at your construction sites and the health of your employees are a matter of course for you.

• Team player with an overview

As a foreman, you are an essential part of our construction team and serve as a link between management and employees on the construction site. You thus play a central role in translating the strategic corporate goals into workflows for implementing construction projects. In your role as a foreman, you are a team player who knows how to represent your project-related interests without losing sight of the bigger picture.
