Your area of responsibility includes:

• Project management in the field of architecture and specifically property development. From strategic planning to building permit including representation of the client or owner for the real estate assets of Volare Group AG.

• Team and phase-compliant development of the projects.

• This includes, among other things:

  • Preparation of all phase-appropriate documents from the acquisition process as a decision-making basis for the Board of Directors.

  • Participation in the acquisition of land, areas, or existing properties with development potential.

  • Participation in market and location analysis.

  • Usage and feasibility studies with legal clarifications.

  • Internally and externally responsible for the goal-oriented and contract-compliant management and execution of the development projects.

You bring:

• University or technical college degree as an architect, communication training or further education is an advantage

• Solution-oriented and agile thinking and acting as well as reliability

• Commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience

• Professional knowledge and experience in the field of real estate, especially in property development

• Excellent knowledge of common CAD & DTP applications

• Agile and conscious expression, role- and situation-appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication

• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form, French & English skills are an advantage
