Coach for Adults (60 – 100 %) Employment Integration
At the Employment Integration Winterthur (AIW), we support job seekers on their path to employment in the primary labor market or vocational training. Integration is achieved through education, application training, and practical experience, combined with intensive coaching. We are looking for support in the departments of Adult Training (80 – 100 %) and Adult Practical Deployment (80 – 100 % and 60 – 80 %). Would you like to advise and accompany adults on their journey starting immediately or by arrangement? Welcome as a coach in our team!
Your Tasks
Implementation of the program according to the concept
Case management in the coaching process including reporting
Individual coaching, preparing application documents, and conducting application coaching
Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies
Taking on acquisition activities (e.g., finding placement opportunities)
Your Profile
Degree in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, or similar (Bachelor level), preferably with coaching training
Experience in supporting adults in integration processes
Solid knowledge of the Swiss labor market as well as common application strategies, selection procedures, and placement methods
Initiative and a winning personality who wants to build relationships and is communicative
