The Employment Integration Winterthur is tasked with preparing job seekers for employment in the primary labor market. Do you want to accompany adults on this path, imparting basic and language skills as well as knowledge about the education system and labor market in Switzerland? We are looking for two Education Specialists in the departments of Adult Training (80 – 90 %) and Adult Practical Application (40 – 50 %) due to expansion starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
Preparation and implementation of learning sequences in the areas of language promotion, everyday mathematics, basic ICT skills, as well as the education and labor market in Switzerland
Redesign of application-oriented learning units using diverse teaching methods
Goal-oriented support of participants and documentation of learning progress
Completion of administrative tasks related to participant management
Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external organizations
Your Profile
Teaching diploma (Bachelor level) or comparable education (focus on adults)
Further training in the area of individual support/learning coaching, German as a second language, basic competencies
Experience in differentiated teaching
Solid knowledge of the Swiss education system and labor market
Initiative and a winning personality who wants to build relationships and is communicative
