For our community with around 6,900 residents, we are looking for a:

Caretaker for the Heiget school facility (100 %).

You will be responsible for various buildings on the Heiget school facility, with the following main tasks:

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the structural and technical maintenance of the buildings

• Monitoring cleanliness and coordinating with our external cleaning partner

• Assisting in building cleaning

• Maintenance and care of the outdoor facilities

• Maintenance and service of machines and small equipment

• Assisting at community and school events (partly in the evening or on weekends)

• Preparing the multipurpose hall for clubs and organizers

• Coordinating craftsmen

• Holiday replacements.

We expect:

• At least two years of experience in caretaking with a craft-related basic education

• Communication skills, teamwork, and networked thinking

• Assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, and willingness to change

• Very good oral and written German skills

• Willingness to be on call.
