We are looking for you immediately or by agreement as

Operations Dispatcher (80-100%)

This is your area of responsibility

You lead a team of around 30 employees in passenger transport and are responsible for smooth bus operations in the control center during shift work. Your main tasks include monitoring and controlling bus traffic as well as scheduling the driving personnel and vehicles. Your working tools include the control center and personnel scheduling system as well as the loading and operating yard management. Additionally, you will take on special tasks or work on projects.

This is your profile

• You have completed vocational training, have a very good command of German in spoken and written form, and are familiar with MS Office

• You bring leadership experience in a similar role in public transport or logistics and are willing to be on call

• You are a role model, flexible, and maintain an overview even in hectic times

• You are a team player and open to new ideas

• You communicate clearly, lead empathetically, and possess social competence and sensitivity

• You have a healthy assertiveness

• You ideally hold a category D driving license (minimum category C)
