On-call Staff at Night

We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals for our residents in the group with Prader-Willi Syndrome as
On-call staff during the night (approximately 5 nights per month)
The Arkadis Foundation is a service center for adults with disabilities, primarily with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders, who live privately or in our institution. Furthermore, we are a specialized center for children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental impairments or risks, as well as with special health or social support needs, including their social environment.
The Sonnenblick area manages several living groups with individual care for adults with cognitive or mental impairments. Our residents in the PWS group wish for a person who "supports us and respects our privacy".
Responsibilities
Supervision, accompaniment, and support of residents during the night
Ensuring first aid services on-site
Administration of (night) emergency medications according to existing prescriptions
Initial assessments in case of technical malfunctions of all kinds
Administrative tasks and participation in meetings
Requirements
Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
Understanding of people with multiple impairments
Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs
Resilient, flexible, and independent personality
For training, 2 shifts in day service will take place
