• You are responsible for complex road construction projects – acquiring, planning, managing, and guiding the responsible executives safely through all phases of the project.

• You keep your team, the construction management, and the client on track and ensure that everyone knows what is coming up – appropriately staged and to the point.

• You lead your assigned executives clearly and motivatingly, set goals, support, promote, and provide targeted feedback. Together, you achieve great things!

• With a keen eye for numbers and budget, you ensure that the controlling is correct and that the projects remain economically viable.

• As a project manager, you also actively shape the future of the department - your expertise flows directly into groundbreaking decisions.

Your Foundation

• You feel at home on Swiss construction sites in road construction and have already gathered a wealth of experience as a project manager or experienced construction manager.

• Whether as a certified master builder or civil engineer: your education at the HF, FH, or university level has provided you with the right expertise, which you successfully apply in practice.

• You approach your tasks with initiative, commitment, and a clear goal in mind.

• We communicate with each other. Thanks to your strong communication skills and team spirit, you can present your concerns clearly and on an equal footing.
