In five different residential units, we provide a home for around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities in Schärenmatte. They receive support around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual capabilities. In five workshops, they have a daily and work structure tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying and supporting residents in various areas of life

• Care and implementation of health-maintaining measures

• Key worker tasks with support from professionals

• Completion of household tasks

• Assistance with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, training as a nursing assistant SRK is an advantage

• Experience in supporting people with disabilities or those with dementia

• Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs

• Team-oriented and high flexibility in thinking and acting
