Nurse HF/FH or Health Professional 80% with additional function as Deputy Team Leader
In five different residential units, we provide a home for around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities in Schärenmatte. They receive support around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual possibilities. In five workshops, they have a daily and work structure adapted to their needs.
Our residents wish for a person who

Responsibilities
Consultation and support of the team leader and the team on complex medical and nursing topics
Participation in ensuring and improving the quality of care
Knowledge and competence assurance, as well as support and empowerment of the team in nursing topics
Accompanying and supporting residents in various areas of life, including key worker tasks
Performing household tasks and carrying out administrative activities
Collaboration with the team leader on professional and organizational topics and their representation
Requirements
Completed training as a Nurse HF/FH or Health Professional EFZ with several years of professional experience in nursing
Experience in supporting people with disabilities or people with dementia
Willingness to adopt pedagogical perspectives, ways of thinking, and actions, and to work irregular hours
Team orientation and high flexibility in thinking and acting
