The Trampolin is a program for employment integration, which is part of the social services of the city of Winterthur. It offers young people and young adults without completed training or stable employment the chance for personal assessment and the development of future perspectives. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys working with young people and wants to actively contribute to the further development of the program. Welcome as a Coach in our team!
Your Responsibilities
Implementation of the program according to the concept
Case management and responsibility for the integration process including reporting
Coaching of young people and young adults
Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal professionals and external agencies
Taking on acquisition activities (e.g., placement opportunities)
Your Profile
Degree in social work, social pedagogy, psychology, or similar (Bachelor level), preferably with coaching training
Professional experience in coaching young people and/or young adults
Expertise in goal-oriented case management
Knowledge of the labor market and the education sector
High self-motivation for the work and a humorous, communicative personality
