• You are responsible, together with a team of around 33 specialists, for the execution of the GU/TU projects and ensure the qualitative and financial success of the department.

• As an experienced doer and industry expert, you can effectively support the project and construction managers and stand by them as a sparring partner.

• You maintain a strong network with clients, partners, subcontractors, professional associations, and authorities, thus creating the basis for successful projects.

• Additionally, you always keep an eye on market opportunities and initiate measures to advance your projects.

Your Foundation

• No one can fool you; you know the GU/TU project business inside and out.

• Your leadership experience and qualities are impressive; employees see you as a true leader.

• You also have a convincing track record in business management and financial leadership of projects.

• Thanks to your intuition for procurement potential, early submissions, and consistent change management, you lead the department to success.
