Your Craft

You keep track and manage the general ledgers of our general contracting company and Frutiger real estate with attention to detail and a good sense for numbers.
You contribute your expertise to the annual financial statements and ensure that our monthly and quarterly reports are thorough and reliable.
With your understanding of relationships, you take on controlling tasks in areas such as payment plans, defect rectification, and guarantees.
You are the point of contact for project and department managers regarding business management topics – helpful, competent, and solution-oriented.
Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the regular VAT accounting and a small but crucial role in managing the real estate accounting.

Your Foundation

You master the mentioned tasks with your accumulated experience, routine, and focus on the essentials.
You want to develop further in finance and accounting and have already completed a training program at the level of a professional certificate or intend to start one in the near future.
Ideally, you already know the accounting of a general contracting company firsthand – or you bring an interest in the real estate world.
For competent advice, you bring clear communication, an analytical perspective, and a healthy assertiveness.
You can explain complex financial matters understandably and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere with your helpful nature.
