Application Engineer – Enterprise Applications (m/f/d)
Workload: 80% - 100%
Your tasks
Operation, support, and further development of ERP systems such as SAP IS-H, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central as well as industry-specific applications in healthcare.
Responsibility for the operation and support of personnel scheduling systems (e.g., Polypoint PEP), home software (e.g., Lobos, NEXUS Home), performance recording systems (e.g., IBI-care), and menu ordering systems (e.g., Orgacard, LogiMen).
Analysis of customer requirements, parameterization, and testing of system adjustments.
Planning and implementation of release and change management processes in the application environment.
2nd level support for our customers as well as close collaboration with manufacturers and 3rd-level partners.
Creation and maintenance of documentation such as user manuals, configuration descriptions, and technical concepts.
Participation in projects for the introduction of new systems and integration into existing IT landscapes.
On-call duty (maximum one week per month)
Your profile
Completed IT training (business informatics, university of applied sciences) or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in the support of ERP and specialist applications, ideally in healthcare.
Knowledge in parameterization, customizing
Understanding of business and clinical processes.
Confident communication with internal and external contacts.
High customer and team orientation, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
