What to expect:

• Professional and personnel leadership of a development team with around 9 employees as well as support for external development partners

• Consultation and support of the specialist departments in solution design and implementation of target business processes with a focus on SAP IS-U and S/4 HANA Utilities

• Reviewing and testing new methods for increasing efficiency and improving work processes

• Assessment of the operational suitability of current products and solutions

• Leading or participating in projects and sub-projects

You bring:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience as a team or project leader in software development

• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking

• Industry knowledge in the energy sector, experience in project management, and technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA as well as the SAP Cloud Platform are advantageous

• Very good German language skills are required
