What to expect:

• Leadership and development of a team of 13 employees

• Organization and assurance of on-call service

• Monitoring and supervision of construction sites including briefing of external companies

• Independent management, planning, and coordination of construction and maintenance measures in overhead line construction at the low, medium, and high voltage network levels

• Ensuring the qualification of the personnel

• Participation in on-call service after successful training

You bring:

• Technical training with further education to master or technician

• For you, leading means supporting employees in generating successes and celebrating them together. A culture of appreciative feedback, a trusting interaction, and strong communication skills are a matter of course for you.

• Specialist knowledge in the overhead line area up to 110kV is an advantage or the willingness to acquire it

• Ideally, professional experience in the distribution network area

• A Class B driver's license is required. The acquisition of additional driver's license classes is supported by naturenergie netze.

• Coordination, organizational, and communication talent
