We employ around 350 staff at 15 locations worldwide and are known for our high quality in various industries such as drinking and wastewater, power plants, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, cooling and pure water, as well as steam and condensate.
We are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and independent personality for this newly created position, as a complement to the existing analytics development team, who wants to contribute in a wide range of activities. You will have the opportunity to actively support the analytics team in product development. An interesting and challenging technical task awaits you, with a lot of creative freedom throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will independently conduct analytical test series and help test the resulting products thoroughly, with support from your colleagues. Additionally, you will take over the planning and organization of the R&D laboratory operations.

Testing of prototypes in consultation with the team
Assistance in the development of measurement concepts and solving quality issues
Independent planning and organization of laboratory operations
That's why we want you
Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, or comparable qualification
Good observational skills as well as a precise and structured working method
Good knowledge in analytical chemistry
Several years of experience in a development laboratory or in the chemical industry is an advantage
Experience in leading or coordinating a laboratory is desirable
High degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and teamwork
Good IT skills. Basic knowledge of a scripting language (e.g., MATLAB) is desirable
