Commercial Employee EFZ in the Health and Social Insurance Sector
During the three-year training period, you can expect
Diverse training program
Rotation through various departments of the company
In-depth insight into the health insurance industry
Advising customers over the phone and at the counter in DE/FR/ENG
Making inquiries, processing claims
Gaining insight into finances as well as debt collection and enforcement
From day one, you will be accompanied by our vocational and practical trainers, whom you can contact at any time. During the training, the focus is on promoting professional, methodological, and social competencies. In the various departments, you will also learn an independent and responsible way of working.

You are reliable, motivated, and have a quick grasp of concepts
With your open and uncomplicated manner, you quickly connect with others
Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
You enjoy working on the computer and engaging in varied commercial activities
Working in different teams and customer contact is fun for you
You are interested in the healthcare sector, especially the health insurance industry
Completed secondary or district school with good to very good grades
