Liebenau Dorfplatz in Oberhelfenschwil offers its 36 residents and 5 spa guests a maximum of security, self-determination, and quality of life. Over 60 employees take care of the physical and mental well-being of our residents and guests every day. The public solar swimming pool is one of the largest private therapy pools in Switzerland. Our catering service offers excellent menus, banquets, and catering.

Your Tasks

• Organization, planning, and implementation of practical training for apprentices in FaGe and AGS

• Close collaboration with the management of care and support in the further development of the training concept

• Active participation in change processes and quality assurance

• Creating a learning-friendly environment for our trainees

• Support and accompany trainers in their daily work

Your Profile

• Professional nursing education at tertiary level (HF, FH, DNII or similar)

• Trainer certificate including ODA courses

• Learning pedagogy training (SVEB) or willingness to complete it

• Experience in training and leadership tasks

• Didactic skill and high communication competence
