Your area of responsibility includes:

• Project management in the area of project development up to and including building permits, including representation of the client or owner for Corpora Immobilien AG

• Usage and feasibility studies with legal clarifications

• Creating object strategies, market, demand, and location analyses, if necessary with external partners

• Internally and externally responsible for the goal-oriented and contract-compliant management and execution of development projects

• Providing data on assigned projects for the semi-annual reporting for Corpora Immobilien AG or other real estate vehicles

• Network expansion and maintenance

• Representation of the company, both externally and internally

You bring:

• University or technical college degree as an architect, civil engineer, or technician, architectural training is an advantage

• Communication training or further education is an advantage

• Several years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in project development

• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and high social competence

• Experience with the interface of real estate marketing

• Solution-oriented, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high

• Resilience and flexibility

• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and project platforms for data exchange

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
