Our IT department is the internal service provider for seven companies at 20 locations. With a dedicated team of seven IT specialists, we ensure that all areas of hardware and software, as well as communication, are reliably and securely available to all users.

Your Responsibilities
Management and provision of operating systems (Windows 11) and applications (Office 365, various tools) including software lifecycle
Software packaging for Windows 11 clients via software distribution
Processing (analysis and resolution) of disruptions/errors triggered by systems or users that cannot be resolved in 1st level support
Consulting, operation, and further development of on-premise, public cloud platforms in the technology areas of VMWare, Microsoft Server and Clients, M365, network, backup/restore, databases, antivirus, monitoring, security, etc.
Planning, evaluating, migrating, developing/implementing, configuring, and testing systems (hardware, software, network, controls) as well as transitioning the systems into productive operation
Storage engineering with Huawei / Netapp (planning, management, operation, and maintenance)
Network engineering with Huawei (LAN, WLAN, VLAN, NAC, firewall, switches, routing, video surveillance)
Maintaining system documentation
Your Profile
Completed training in computer science or equivalent education
Very good knowledge of automation using PowerShell
Proven experience in client engineering, M365, Windows Server, backup, Active Directory, network, virtualization, security
Experience with ITILv4 processes
Analytical and logical thinking and structured, precise work
Good understanding of processes and technical relationships
Enjoyment of customer contact and active communication
Experience in complex IT environments
High service orientation and flexibility
Willingness to work during off-hours/weekends
Driver's license category B
