Your Task

• You will take over professional customer service in your region

• You will troubleshoot Miele household appliances and offer additional services

• You will be on the road daily with your Miele service bus

• Your technical know-how and your sense for customer needs are in demand

• You will competently advise our customers and can close sales directly on site

What You Bring

• Completed training in an electrical profession (e.g., installation electrician, electrical installer, automation technician, etc.)

• Enjoyment of driving & driver's license category B (without entry in the criminal record)

• Fluent German skills & good IT skills

• Enthusiasm for daily customer contact

• Residence in the region
