Your Task

• You are responsible for professional customer service in your area

• You resolve malfunctions of Miele household appliances and provide additional services to our end customers

• You are on the road daily with your Miele service bus

• Your technical understanding is just as important as your flair for dealing with customers

• As a competent contact person, you advise our end customers and can close sales directly on site

What You Bring

• Completed training in an electrical profession (e.g., installation electrician, electrical installer, automation technician, etc.)

• Enjoy driving & a driver's license category B (without a criminal record)

• Fluent German skills & good IT knowledge

• Enjoy daily contact with our customers

• Your residence is in the catchment area (right lake shore, e.g., Meilen, etc.)
