In this role, you will take on the following tasks:

• Participation in the Retail management body: in collaboration with the Retail management in Switzerland and the people responsible for coordinating the sites in Olten and Zurich, you will develop the Retail strategy and define appropriate measures to achieve the set goals.

• Organizational development and digital transformation: you actively participate in various fields of action in the areas of work optimization, knowledge management, and quality development.

• Market development and customer focus: you are committed to sustainable growth in retail in Romandie and take on conceptual tasks for market development.

• Personnel planning and development: you coordinate the advisory team of eight people in Lausanne and are responsible for personnel management and development.

• Customer-centered consulting and service orientation: you place customer needs at the center of your concerns and take care of key clients in the private customer sector as well as corporate clients in terms of payments, savings, investments, and retirement planning.

• Participation in design in a sociocratic environment: you engage in our sociocratic organization, where co-decision and individual responsibility are lived daily. Your ideas and impulses are welcome and appreciated.

Conditions and qualities that will make your application a success:

• Banking education with business management training or equivalent training

• Several years of experience in consulting as well as in leadership and development of employees; experience in organizational development is an advantage

• Strong methodological, analytical, and strategic skills

• Enjoyment of working with people and proven leadership abilities

• Very good communication and presentation skills

• Native French speaker with proficiency in German, both spoken and written

• Strong initiative, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial commitment
