Your Tasks

• Responsibility for personnel, organizational, and professional leadership

• Active participation in the further development of care quality and contribution of your expertise in daily team operations and in the extended care staff

• Implementing and representing a positive and value-driven leadership style

• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups

• Holistic care and individual support of residents in the key person system

• Active collaboration with relatives and other key persons

• Taking on additional areas of responsibility as agreed

Your Profile

• Completed training/studies as HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition

• Leadership experience in a comparable position with completed leadership training or willingness to complete it

• Awake, flexible, and positively oriented personality

• High resilience, flexibility, and sense of responsibility

• Good IT skills (care documentation easyDOK and performance recording BESA)
