Professional Assistant for Young Adults (60 %)
The professional assistance is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance under social welfare law (excluding economic social assistance). In the tandem for young adults, we offer a valuable opportunity to support young adults in Winterthur individually and comprehensively. Additionally, the tandem for young adults provides space for close networking with other relevant agencies and institutions to ensure the best possible support. In this way, you actively contribute to providing young adults in Winterthur with sustainable and targeted guidance. Have we piqued your interest? Then we look forward to your application! Your Tasks
Advising and representing clients in personal, financial, administrative, and legal matters
Building sustainable relationships with clients involving their environment
Collaborating and networking with other specialist agencies
Writing reports and applications to the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)
Working closely with the administrative staff in accounting and administrative areas
Your Profile
Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Sciences, or Law, ideally supplemented with CAS in Child and Adult Protection Law
Solid professional experience in social work, preferably with people on the threshold of adulthood
Experience in mandate management is an advantage
Knowledge of social insurance law
Responsible handling with a large scope of action
