What will you rock with us?
As a Specialist in Operational Maintenance focusing on Workshop Services, you are right in the middle of the action at NSNW (National Roads Northwest Switzerland)! Your job is super varied:
You keep highways, paths, and green spaces in shape - from repairing damaged facilities, small surface damages, and construction work on ditches, stairs, and shafts to the maintenance of wildlife protection fences.
You work with cool machines, tools, and vehicles.
Waste in the workshop and on the green areas of open stretches? You dispose of or recycle it in an environmentally friendly way!
On the side, you can also give it your all at the workshop area.
Want a change? You have assignments with external partners to strengthen other areas.
Your training – become a pro in 3 years!
Practice: You learn directly at NSNW, one of the most exciting employers for highway maintenance.
School: 1 day per week at the vocational school.
Inter-company courses: Over 25–29 days across 3 years, you deepen the basics.
Vocational maturity: With strong grades, you can obtain vocational maturity and open all doors!
Qualification: Specialist in Operational Maintenance EFZ with a focus on Workshop Services.
What do you need?
Completed compulsory schooling.
Desire for manual work and technical know-how.
Reliability, team spirit, and energy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
