Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting and Administration 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support management and professional supervision of the finance team

• Partial responsibility and assistance for smooth daily operations in all areas of accounting

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, point of contact for the auditing firm

• Preparation of internal control system reports

• Invoicing

• Obtaining and processing credit checks

• Cash management

• Debt collection

• Recording and maintaining master data in the ERP system

• General administrative tasks across departments

Your profile:

• You have a flair for numbers

• A completed commercial or equivalent education

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role

• Communicative, decisive, negotiation-safe, and convincing professional with very good IT skills and good German language skills (spoken and written)

• Team player and stress-resistant
