Responsibilities

• Accompanying and promoting nursing students and implementing the practical training concept in clinical everyday life

• Responsibility for competent, individual, and holistic care of patients in the medical field in the learning zone

• Managing the nursing process

• Contributing to an active and positive team culture

• Promoting good collaboration with all interdisciplinary areas

Profile

• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DN II or AKP (for foreign diplomas with SRK recognition)

• At least two years of professional experience in the acute sector, preferably in the medical field

• Vocational pedagogical training or willingness to complete corresponding training

• Flexible, team-oriented, communicative, and open personality with pedagogical skills

• Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and joy in the profession
