Your Tasks:
Developing and presenting digital 3D models and planning foundations under guidance and considering the framework conditions, concepts, preliminary project plans, documentation, and calculations
Planning responsibility with coordination of specialist planners
Preparation of design plans, preliminary projects, construction projects, and building applications
Preparation of provisional execution and detail plans as a basis for submissions
Preparation of working plans, detail plans, revision plans, etc., as well as assistance in the preparation of AVOR plans
Support for architects, development, and project managers in the planning foundations
Your Profile:
Basic training as an architectural draftsperson or building draftsperson
Experience in leading planning teams
Experience in execution & detail planning
High understanding of planning
Targeted, precise, and solution-oriented working method
Quick comprehension
