Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (80 - 90 %) with Advanced Expertise, Oberi Senior Center

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five senior centers and through Spitex.

For long-term care at the Oberi Senior Center, which provides a cozy home for a total of 150 residents, we are looking for a motivated and interested nursing professional with an expanded area of responsibility starting November 1, 2025 or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support in the key person system including case management

• Responsible for the quality and implementation of the care process

• Advising and supporting the care team in complex care situations within the living group

• Analyzing complex care and support situations and initiating measures as well as their evaluation

• Supporting the group leader and the vocational trainer in specialist questions

• Participation in working groups or projects, collaboration with care experts

• Taking on daily responsibility in morning and evening shifts

Your profile

• Qualification as a nursing professional HF or FH, with completed further training or willingness to complete such (e.g. CAS Gerontology, CAS Palliative Care)

• High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience

• Goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style

• Very good oral and written German skills

• Very good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs

• RAI knowledge is an advantage
