You are responsible for the following tasks
Planning and implementation of challenging construction projects in demolition and earthworks
Work preparation, measurement, and billing including cost control
Management of construction sites according to business principles
Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety regulations
Proactive communication with all project participants
Your profile
Further training as a construction manager or civil engineer
Appreciative leadership behavior through clear objectives
Professional experience in demolition/earthworks or in contaminated site remediation
Affinity for construction machinery and enjoyment of digitalization
Strong economic, networked, and creative thinking and action
Very good PC user skills, ideally Baubit Pro
